Analytics

Use Analytics on the web to see revenue, reservations, admissions, and attribution performance across the venues and date range you choose.

Web

Open the sidebar and expand Analytics. Promoters do not see this section. Staff need permission to view analytics for a venue before it appears in filters and totals.

Use the in-page Analytics navigation (left side of the analytics area) to switch between sub-pages. The main sidebar lists Dashboard, Reservations, Admissions, and Attribution; Reports is only in the in-page nav.

Shared filters

These filters apply across Analytics sub-pages (where shown):

  • Venues — Multi-select. Only venues you can view analytics for are listed.
  • Date — Range with presets (for example this month or a custom range).
  • Compare toPrevious period or Same period last year. Stat cards show period-over-period when a comparison is selected.

Dashboard (Total Sales)

Open AnalyticsDashboard. The page title is Total Sales.

Summary cards

  • Total Revenue — Revenue for the selected venues and dates.
  • Top performer — Highest revenue by attribution source.
  • Top inventory — Highest revenue by inventory item.
  • Reservations — Count and revenue.
  • Admissions — Guest count and revenue.
  • Top promoter, Top staff, Top custom — Highest revenue within each attribution type.

Charts

  • Revenues by date
  • Guest counts by date
  • Reservation Sales
  • Admission Sales

There is no Export button on the dashboard. Use Reservations or Admissions for on-demand exports, or Report schedule for automated email reports.

Reservations

Open AnalyticsReservations. The page title is Reservation Analytics.

Summary cards include Leads (Pending, Denied, Converted, Total), Reservations (checked in vs expected, minimums, prepaid, revenue), and Payment Links (totals by type).

Tables break down sales by attribution and by inventory for the selected period.

Export — Click Export in the filter row, then choose:

  • Export Reservations
  • Export Reservations By Attribution
  • Export Reservations By Inventory

Confirm the date range and venues in the export modal, then run the export. When it finishes, download it from Reports in the in-page Analytics navigation.

Admissions

Open AnalyticsAdmissions. The page title is Admission Analytics.

Summary cards include Tickets, Guestlists, and Tally (guests checked in vs expected and revenue for each).

Tables break down sales by attribution and by inventory.

Export — Click Export, then choose:

  • Export Admissions
  • Export Admissions By Attribution
  • Export Admissions By Inventory
  • Export Admission Groups By Inventory

Use Reports in the in-page Analytics navigation to download completed exports.

Sales by Attribution

Open AnalyticsAttribution. The page title is Sales by Attribution.

Two tables list performance by attribution source:

  • Reservations
  • Admissions

Custom attribution sources are configured under SettingsTeamAttributions. See Managing Attributions.

Reports

Open Reports from the in-page Analytics navigation (not the main sidebar).

The table lists on-demand exports you started from Reservations or Admissions:

CreatedWhen the export was requested
DownloadLink when the file is ready

Exports refresh automatically while they process. You can also open Reports from the export modal after starting a job.
