Use the Dashboard to run the current day from one place: reservations, admissions, events, notes, payment links, inventory, and ticket sales.
Open the sidebar and click Dashboard. Use the date picker at the top to switch days.
If the selected venue is under review, dashboard access is temporarily restricted.
Daily snapshot
The top of the Dashboard shows the selected date and the last time stats were updated.
Summary cards include:
- Reservations — Reservation totals and check-in progress.
- Admissions — Ticket, guest list, and tally activity for the day.
- Total — Combined day-of totals across reservations and admissions.
Some stats depend on your venue permissions. If you do not have access, TablelistPro hides or locks that section.
Events and notes
Events shows events scheduled for the selected day. Click an event to open it, or click Add Event to create one if you have event permissions.
Notes shows internal notes for the selected day. Click Add Note to leave a note for your team, or click an existing note to update it.
Payment links
The Payment Links section shows payment links tied to the selected day.
Use the status filter to show:
- All statuses
- Pending
- Completed
- Cancelled
Each row shows status, link name, customer, sent date/time, amount, and available actions. Pending links can be resent by email or text, copied, or cancelled.
Inventory on sale
Inventory on sale shows ticket, cover, guest list, and package inventory for the selected day.
Use the tabs to filter by inventory type. The table shows:
- Type
- Name
- Price
- Available
- Sold
- Checked-In/Expected
- Guest count
Click an inventory row to open it if you have inventory permissions.
Click Print today's fast passes to print Fast Pass sheets for the day's inventory.
Ticket sales insights
When events have ticket sales, Ticket Sales Insights shows each event's sales breakdown.
Use it to review:
- Sold by Price — Inventory, price, sold count, and revenue.
- Sold by Purchase Date — Quantity sold by purchase date.
