Set venue-wide currency, language, and date format for guest-facing flows and in-app display.
Open the sidebar, click Settings, then Internationalization.
Internationalization
Currency — Default currency for pricing, checkout, billing, and reports. The dropdown shows the currency name and code (for example, US Dollar (USD)).
Language — Default language for guest-facing booking widgets, checkout, and consumer venue pages. Choose English (en) or Spanish - Mexico (es-MX).
Date Format — Venue-wide default for how dates display in TablelistPro. Choose MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY. This affects date pickers, reports, CRM, and other in-app date display.
Click Save when you've made changes.
Staff dashboard vs guest experience
Venue Language controls what guests see on booking widgets, checkout, and consumer venue pages — not the staff dashboard.
Each staff member sets their own Language preference on the Account page (open the sidebar, click your profile, then Account). That controls the language of the TablelistPro dashboard for that user.
Staff can also override the venue date format with Date display on the same Account page. Leave it on Use venue default to follow the venue Date Format, or pick MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY for that account only.
Multiple venues
If you run more than one location, set currency, language, and date format separately for each venue.
FAQ
Do you support Spanish for guest booking flows?
Yes. Open Settings, then Internationalization, and set Language to Spanish - Mexico. Guest-facing booking widgets and checkout use your venue language for translated copy, currency formatting, and dates. Click Save after you change it.
Staff see a separate language preference for the TablelistPro dashboard — that does not change what guests see on booking flows.
