Adding a Ticket or Guest List

Add guest list and ticket entries from web or mobile so your admissions list stays accurate before doors open.

Web

Open the sidebar, click Admissions, select the date, then click the purple plus sign.

Under Guestlist, search for the customer. If they're new, click New, add their details, then Save.

Complete the remaining fields (date/event, guest count, cover type), then Save.

iOS

Tap Admissions, select the date, tap List (guest list) or Tally (cover), then tap the plus sign.

Under Admission, tap Add Customer. If needed, tap New to create a profile and Save.

Fill out admission details and tap Save:

  • Total Guests
  • Event Name
  • Booked By
  • Admission Type
  • Admission Cost
  • Details / Comped / Notes

Android

Android follows the same flow as iOS: Admissions -> choose List or Tally -> add customer -> complete admission fields -> Save.

UI details may vary slightly by device, but admission behavior is the same.
