Integrations

Toast integration

2 min read

Connect Toast so TablelistPro can pull sales data from Toast’s SFTP export—keeping POS spend and receipts aligned with your reservations without extra manual entry.

POS integration is an add-on (see Point-of-Sale). Your venue needs it enabled, and you’ll need permission to manage organization settings. For the basics of the Integrations page, see Adding Integrations.

Set up the integration

  1. Open the sidebar and go to Integrations.
  2. Choose Toast, then click Add (or open an existing Toast integration to edit).
  3. Enter the values from Toast for your data export:
    • SFTP username (required)
    • Export ID (required)
    • SFTP host (optional) — only if Toast gave you a specific host; leave blank if you’re not sure.
  4. Click Save.

On first save, TablelistPro can generate an SSH keypair for you automatically. If you don’t see a public key yet, save the integration first, or use Generate keypair once the integration exists.

Register the public key in Toast

Toast needs your public SSH key so SFTP exports can reach TablelistPro.

  1. Copy the Public SSH key shown in TablelistPro (labeled for pasting into Toast Web).
  2. In Toast Web, go to ReportsSettingsSSH Keys and add that key.

Toast’s own guide: Toast SSH key documentation.

Rotating keys

If you use Generate / rotate keypair, TablelistPro replaces the stored private key. Add the new public key in Toast Web under ReportsSettingsSSH Keys right away, or SFTP exports can stop working.
