Report Schedule

Set up Report schedule so TablelistPro emails venue reports on the days and times you choose. This is separate from on-demand Export in Analytics.

Web

Open the sidebar, click Settings, then Report schedule.

If your plan does not include reports, the page shows that access is disabled: Your plan doesn't include access to reports.


Report list

When reports are enabled, the page lists scheduled reports in a table:

If you have no schedules yet, you'll see No reports yet.

Click the round + button in the page header to add a report. Click a row to edit an existing schedule.


Add or edit a report

A panel opens from the right.

Fields

  • Name — Label for this schedule.
  • What days do you want the report sent? — Check one or more days of the week.
  • What time do you want the report sent? — Time picker for the daily send time.
  • Who should receive the report? — One or more email addresses.
  • Report type — Choose when creating (cannot change after save):
    • Daily Summary Report
    • Daily Reservations Report
    • Daily Tickets Report

Daily Summary Report only

  • Specific Date — Optional. Use only when you want the report for one date or event.
  • Include Reservations — Toggle whether reservations are included.
  • Include Admissions — Toggle whether admissions are included.

Click Save to create or update. When editing, open the menu and choose Delete to remove a schedule.
