Admission group tags help your team flag reservation context at a glance and keep risk information visible at the door.
Where to manage reservation tags
Create and edit your tag library under Settings → Reservation tags. See Reservation tags for the full tag manager walkthrough.
Use consistent naming so hosts, door, and floor teams all read the same signals.
Add and apply tags
From the tag manager, you can:
- create custom reservation tags for your venue workflows
- edit colors, icons, and labels for custom tags
- review system tags that are reserved by TablelistPro
System tags can appear automatically and may be locked from manual editing.
Fraud system tags on admission groups
TablelistPro can auto-tag reservations after successful Stripe payment risk sync:
- Fraud - Low
- Fraud - Medium
- Fraud - High
These tags are based on fraud score bands and are designed to help your team quickly identify risk before move requests, upsells, and check-in decisions. Configure which bands auto-tag in Fraud protection settings (Settings → Fraud protection).
Tag descriptions in the UI
When a system tag includes a description, you'll see an info message in the tag editor explaining when the system applies it automatically.
