Reservation settings control what guests see in confirmation emails after they book a table — policies, dress code, check-in rules, and more.

Open the sidebar, click Settings, then Reservations. On that page, scroll to the Reservation settings section (chit and printer info are in Printers & receipts on the same page).


Reservation settings

Reservation note — Rich text added to confirmation emails when customers purchase a reservation. Include anything they need at the door: age requirements, dress code, check-in time, cancellation policy, beverage minimums, and who to contact with questions.

The more complete your note, the fewer surprises at check-in. See Venue Details for general venue info; this field is specifically for post-booking email copy.

Example topics to cover:

  • Check-in deadline and ID requirements
  • Beverage minimums and how tax/gratuity apply
  • Cancellation and refund policy
  • Venue rules (arrival together, no outside bottles, etc.)

Click Save when you've updated the note.
