Refunds shows refund-related payment activity across your organization. Use it to monitor what has been refunded and what is still pending.
Open the sidebar and click Payments -> Refunds.
What appears in Refunds
The page is pre-filtered to refund statuses:
- Pending Refund - Refund has started but is not complete yet.
- Refunded - Refund completed successfully.
Use Search, Venues, and Date range to narrow the list.
Columns and details
The table and slide-out match the Payments page so you can review:
- Customer and order details
- Venue
- Created date and event/date
- Total and status
- Full pricing breakdown in the slide-out
