Take contactless payments on the Pay tab. No extra hardware. Turn on the items you want to sell, then charge the guest from your phone.
Tap to Pay is in the TablelistPro mobile app.
Turn on Tap to Pay
Open the Pay tab. Tap Enable Tap to Pay.
If the tab isn't there yet, Tap to Pay isn't on for this venue.
Choose what you can sell
Only inventory with door sales turned on shows up on Pay, and only for the date you're on.
- Open the Inventory tab and open a saved item
- Scroll to More
- Turn on Door sales
- Tap Save
The item has to be enabled for that date. If Pay says No door sales, tap Edit Inventory and turn the setting on for something selling that day.
Charge a guest
- Open Pay and tap + on each item. The price and what's left show under the name.
- Tap Add Info if you want the guest's name, phone, or email on the order. Tap Save.
- Tap Next to review the total, including tax, fees, and processing when those apply.
- Tap Charge.
- On Hold Here to Pay, hold the guest's card or phone to the back of yours.
You'll land on Order confirmed.
Send a receipt
If you still need a receipt, enter a phone number and tap Send Order Receipt. Tap use email to send it by email instead.
Phone numbers can be international. Pick the country code, then type the local number. Send Order Receipt stays off until the number is valid.
Tap Skip to finish without a receipt. If you already added the guest under Add Info, tap Done.
