Connect Facebook Pixel so your Meta ads account can track checkout behavior on Tablelist consumer flows.
You'll need permission to manage organization settings. For the Integrations page flow, see Adding Integrations.
Set up the integration
- Open the sidebar, click Settings, then Integrations.
- Click +, choose Facebook.
- Paste your Pixel ID from Meta Events Manager.
- Click Save, then set the integration to Active.
Where Pixel tracking runs
When active, Facebook Pixel can run on Tablelist consumer experiences, including:
- Buy pages (venue/event and checkout flows)
- Payment link flows
- Widget embed pages and widget checkout/modals
Pixel events only fire when marketing tracking is allowed for that visitor.
Meta event matrix
Tablelist currently sends these standard Meta events:
| Meta event | When it fires | Typical fields |
|---|---|---|
PageView | On eligible page loads in tracked buy/widget/checkout experiences | url |
InitiateCheckout | When a guest starts checkout | firstName, lastName, email, phone, bookingId, venueId, eventId, currency, value |
Purchase | On order completion | name, firstName, lastName, email, phone, bookingId, venueId, eventId, currency, value |
Legacy custom Meta events like inventory viewed/selected, reservation requested, and guestlist requested are not currently sent as Facebook Pixel events.
Payment links
If your venue uses payment links, Pixel events still fire in that flow:
